Returns of Non-Personalized Products

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a statement to: hundcraftstudio@gmail.com. The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying the customer of the withdrawal. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's individual specifications, in particular products marked with the customer's name or a personalized inscription. This limitation does not affect the right to file a complaint in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the product with the contract.
